The principle of therapeutic magnetic stimulation is based on the following. The magnetic stimulator uses the magnetic pulses of short duration. The emerging high-intensity electromagnetic field easily penetrates through clothes, cranium bones and soft tissues. It impacts on deep nerve centers, peripheral nerves, cerebral and spinal cord, which is inaccessible for other kinds of stimulation. This stimulation is commonly used to treat depressions (including severe and drug-resistant), tinnitus. Besides, there are positive and encouraging results obtained at rehabilitation of post-stroke patients and other neurological and psychiatric diseases.

Solution for therapeutic repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)
It includes main unit with cooling system and cooled coil placed in a flexible arm that ensures fast and easy coil fixation in any position by rotating one screw. All that is mounted on a smooth-running trolley. The computer to control the stimulation can be also included in the delivery set. In this configuration system allows performing long-term sessions of biphasic rTMS with up to 30 Hz frequencies and up to 5 Hz maximum intensity.

Number of pulses generated during one session – up to 10 000
The cooling unit and cooled coils included in the delivery set of Neuro-MS/D are intended to avoid overheating of coils during the long-term treatment session. The cooling unit itself is a tank with the cooling liquid, the pump running the cooling liquid through the coil and the fridge. The unit allows increasing continuous operation of up to 10 000 pulses without overheating. Practically, it means that stimulator can operate for hours without overheating.
Neuro-MS.NET software to control magnetic stimulator
This delivery set includes a special Neuro-MS.NET software that allows customizing any stimulation protocols. This software keeps patient database, determines motor response threshold and controls the stimulation courses and sessions. You can perform the stimulation according to pre-defined ptorocols and also create your own ones or customize the preset stimulation programs.
Preset protocols are used to treat depression, Parkinson disease, stroke, tinnitus, etc.
2 Channels are Optimized to Perform Quickly Motor and Sensory Conduction Tests, Needle EMG
97% of all EMG tests are done with the use of one channel. First device channel is set by default to connect electrodes for motor conduction measurement and second channel is used to plug in electrodes to measure sensory conduction. Such channel separation speeds up the exam performing. As soon as the motor conduction velocity is measured, run sensory conduction velocity test and program will start the response acquisition using the second channel.
Portable, Can Operate with Notebook
The device is connected to computer via USB cable. This cable allows to upload data and to power the device. EMG study room can be opened at any spot as far as the device can operate from notebook battery without using mains supply.
All-in-one: Stimulators, Acquisition Channels, Controls, Display
Thanks to built-in keyboard EMG study becomes simple and fast. In average an experienced specialist performs standard EMG study 1.5 times faster with such keyboard in comparison with use of standard computer keyboard and mouse.
The color display shows stimulation parameters and electrode placement quality. With Neuro-MEP-Micro this data is always at hand.

High sampling rate and ADC capacity at signal digitization allow to obtain quality traces under any circumstances:
Neuro-MEP-Micro channels are optimized to record needle EMG. Besides the noise immunity is considerably increased. It makes needle EMG study faster and improves the quality of needle EMG acquisition.
Electrical Stimulator with Ultra-fast Switching Between Two Outputs
Two outputs to plug in the electrical stimulator are software-controlled. They allow to place two stimulating electrodes on a patient and connect them to device. During the exam it is not required to switch the electrodes as the stimulating electrode is selected with the use of software.
To attach the stimulating electrode, one can use either touch-proof or DIN connector.
